- Analyzed and identified gaps in existing monitoring solutions for the platform side of Windows Live Messenger, Mesh, Storage, Alerts, and Search.
- Worked with Products and Operations groups for each property to define scenarios to monitor with 3rd party tool, Gomez Monitoring Services.
- Performed cost analysis of this solution compared to existing solution which resulted in annual savings of $140,000 (53% reduction).
