  • Analyzed and identified gaps in existing monitoring solutions for the platform side of Windows Live Messenger, Mesh, Storage, Alerts, and Search.
  • Worked with Products and Operations groups for each property to define scenarios to monitor with 3rd party tool, Gomez Monitoring Services.
  • Performed cost analysis of this solution compared to existing solution which resulted in annual savings of $140,000 (53% reduction).
  • Implemented and configured ~200 test scripts to run on the new system.

  • Analyzed existing 2D data delivery system of product manufacturing information to identify use cases of both internal and external clients.
